Application Submissions Deadline: June 25, 2025
Application Fee: $25.00
Notification Date: Week of July 7, 2025
Eligibility:
The show is open to visual artists who live and work within a 50 mile radius of Charlotte, NC,
over the age of 18, working in fine art or fine craft medium. Entries must be original works of
art that have been completed within the last 3 years. You must have at least one social media platform and a Sales Tax ID to participate
as a vendor.
Application:
A $25 non-refundable application fee, charged at the time of application, is required to be
considered for acceptance into the show. The application deadline is June 25, 2025. Your
application will not be considered until your fee is received.
Acceptance
You will be notified if invited to participate the week of july 7, 2025. If accepted, the booth fee will
be due one week after the notification date. After that date, no refunds will be issued if
requested.
The acceptance/booth fee is $110 for the Holiday 2025 show. Booth size is 10'x10'
Categories:
All artwork must fit the criteria for one of the following categories and have been completed
within the last 3 years. Entries in more than one category require separate applications.
Drawing and Traditional Printmaking, Fiber Arts, Glass and Mosaic, Leather, Mixed
Media (2D), Mixed Media (3D), Painting (original: oil, acrylic watercolor, Photography, Sculpture, Wood)
NOTE: CERAMICS, POTTERY & JEWELRY CATEGORIES ARE CLOSED.

The Charlotte Art Collective (CAC) celebrates and promotes the enjoyment of original art and craft through shows in which selected local artists display and sell their work to the general public.
The CAC also provides a community of mutual support for its members and seeks to foster their creative development.
